How to play if you are alone
An adventure, especially through Dungeons and Dragons, is meant to be shared. Exploring forgotten ruins and fighting dreadful monsters is a wonderful was to discover the ingenuity and spirit of your friends or family. These situations allow people to experience unique and intense moments that can create a strong bond between players which is so hard to maintain in today's society.

So, what do you do when you cannot find companions to come with you?

- The best solution
Role playing games can seem intimidating to a new player. Many people think that these kinds of games are only for specific groups or communities, however, they are wrong. There is something for everyone in a roleplaying game, whether you like fantasy, science-fiction, sports or thrillers. Whoever you are and wherever you come from, there is always a chance that there is a type of adventure for you.

If you would like to play, the best way is to play with a group. Learning the rules can be easy with the right tools and guidance. One you have a basic understanding of how the game is played, it will be easier than you think to convince the people around you to join in your adventure. You can also convince them to discover the game alongside you in one of our adventures. If you need good arguments and help convincing them, don't hesitate to contact us.
- Join another group
If you cannot manage to get your friends or family interested, there are still many other ways for you to play. First, try going to your local game store and talk with the personnel there. Many of them do play and would be willing to accept a new member into their party or create a new group.

The second option is to contact gaming associations in your region. Many of them have lists of people who are willing to play.
​
If neither of those options pan out, then you can contact Unknown Echoes and we will put you on our wait-list. We will then look ourselves to find groups that could have room for you or wait until there are enough people on the list in order to form a new group.

- An adventure all to yourself
You are more of a lone wolf than a socializing bard. Playing with strangers honestly doesn't suit you. You would rather live your own adventure without having to accommodate the hectic schedules of others?

Despite its simple nature, a roleplaying game can be difficult at times. People can get into arguments; schedules don't work together, and a campaign may not go where you want it to. The rules become problematic and it is difficult to immerse yourself in the game.

Whatever your problem may be, we are here to assist you. It is our goal to help you enjoy your Dungeons and Dragons game as much as you can. Our long hours of experience playing has allowed us to be confronted with a vast number of game-related issues that we have learned to resolve efficiently. But what if you feel too lost? Not only do you need to create a world, you need to look after your players and that is always a challenge.

If your problems are not in the creative aspects of role playing but in the social department, we can help as well.
